The whole line adopts the traditional "Round to Round" and "round to square "W forming technology". 


The part of forming and sizing roller can be share .The whole line could saves about 50% of roller material when producing certain range of round tubes and square tubes.
The complete mill line realize high automation of roller position adjustment controlled by AC motor remote control or PLC servo motors.

 

 

FFX FORMING ADVANTAGE:

 

The whole line saves about 50% of roller materials and roller change time.

1.All break down rollers in the forming roller section are sharable when producing certain range of round tubes and square tubes in one line without changing the roller.

2.Last 4 cross roller of universal stand of sizing section are sharable when producing different sizes of square and rectangular tube without changing the roller.

 

The whole line realizes fully automated roller adjustment control.

The roller position control only requires inputting the steel pipe process parameters on the touch screen of the main operating console, and the roller motor will automatically
drive the roller to the target position.
The roller position movement can be controlled by remote control of AC motor or PLC servo motors.

 

Reduce the intensity of manual adjustment of rollers.

Because all roller position parameters form PLC memory parameters, Relying on manual experience to cause the error rate of adjusting the roll is reduced, and the stability and
reliability of the tube forming quality are greatly improved.
