FFX FORMING HG127 TUBE LINE START PRODUCTION IN CUSTOMER SITE

During  one month of installation and commissioning by 3 professional engineers of our company, on May 18, news came from the customer's pipe making site that the entire FFX Forming Full AC motor controlled HG127 production line officially started to produce pipes for the customer, and the customer passed the acceptance and commissioning!

The Customer  is a large state-owned pipe manufacturing company located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. It mainly produces various types of round and square tube for construction Field . The tube products variety is wide. Due to the 5 conventional "Round to Round" and "Round to Square" tube lines previously purchased from our company, the manual roller replacement and roller adjustment takes a long time, which greatly reduces production efficiency. This time, through in-depth technical communication between the two parties, they decided to adopt the most advanced FFX Forming Technology production line developed by our company.

The entire line uses AC motors to automatically control the adjustment of the roller position. The roller molds of different round and square tube sizes can be shared in the forming section, saving 50% of the mold cost.
